Applied SME Competence Centers and Model Factories

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Model Factories is a global initiative aimed at strengthening innovation, digitalization, and the entrepreneurship ecosystem in manufacturing. In collaboration with the European Union (EU) and UNDP, this project accelerates industrial digital transformation, helping SMEs adapt to Industry 4.0.

Under the coordination of the Ministry of Industry and Technology, four new Model Factories and Innovation Centers are being established in Ankara, Bursa, Kayseri, and Konya. The digital transformation of these centers is being managed by IAS - Industrial Application Software Türkiye.
